I work primarily with dairy farmers, with a strong focus on Contract Milkers and Sharemilkers — offering a streamlined, one-stop accounting service designed specifically for your business structure.

The pricing outlined below is a guide only and may vary depending on your business structure, herd size, transaction volume, and reporting requirements.

The intention is to show that, for a very reasonable monthly investment, you can have experienced rural accounting support that keeps your finances organised and compliant — without stress or surprises.

Once you’re on a monthly plan, your regular questions are included.

No question is ever a “dumb” question — and you won’t receive an unexpected invoice just because you asked.

You’ll have support when you need it, clarity around your numbers, and confidence that everything is being handled properly.

All fees shown are GST exclusive:

 

Basic monthly fee including Xero Ignite and Hubdoc, which covers reconciling your bank account with source docs attached, keeping xero up to date, filing GST when required, answering any emails/questions you may have, and providing feedback/reports as required is $200 + GST.

If you require payroll I recommend using PAYSAUCE and if you require me to facilitate this, this is charged at $30 per month for the first employee (not including the software, you will pay this to paysauce direct)  and $10 per month for subsequent employees.

Figured for budgets/stock reconciliation/cashflow can be added from $14 per month.

 

 

For end of year financials and tax returns filed with IRD these differ depending on a  number of factors, IE business structure, whether you are LOSM, Contract or 50/50 but range from $750 through to $1500.
