Primary Accounts Limited (Jacqui) does bookkeeping and financial accounts/tax returns for clients, working mainly with Dairy Farmers, specializing in providing a low cost, one stop shop for Contract Milkers and Sharemilkers. I handle it all and make your life simpler, utilizing Xero and Hubdoc software with Figured and Paysauce available as add ons for budgeting/payroll, whilst keeping you fully compliant with IRD, staying on track financially and SUCCEEDING 🙂

The below costs are an idea only and may differ depending on your specific business structure, number of cows etc. The prices are given as a guide to show you, that for a very reasonable cost you can have someone make your life SIMPLE to keep on top of your finances and compliance with IRD.

 

Once you are paying a monthly fee, any questions you may have (no question is ever a dum question) will be answered within that monthly fee so you can ask away knowing it will not be followed by a large bill. 

 

All fees shown are GST exclusive:

 

Basic monthly fee including Xero Starter and Hubdoc, which covers reconciling your bank account with source docs attached, keeping xero up to date, filing GST when required, answering any emails/questions you may have, and providing feedback/reports as required is $175 + GST.

If you require payroll I recommend using PAYSAUCE and if you require me to facilitate this, this is charged at $30 per month for the first employee (not including the software, you will pay this to paysauce direct)  and $10 per month for subsequent employees.

Figured for budgets/stock reconciliation/cashflow can be added from $10 per month.

 

 

For end of year financials and tax returns filed with IRD these differ depending on a  number of factors, IE business structure, whether you are LOSM, Contract or 50/50 but range from $550 through to $1500.
